
''Creating the common company culture feedback for employees’ motivation and perfermanence has an important place in human management. When the employee is told positive feed-back, its love and respect improves to its job. Also he or she nurtures more loyalty,employees’ trust to itsself improves and provides to focus to his work and its self. For a feedback’s being valueable, it has to be done carefully. In addition to positive feedbacks topic,
also quality of negative feedback topic stands out with improvement of employee, coaching to goals and especially performance management. The education ‘Creating a Positive Impact at Negative Feedback’ we did with the group contains Middle Level Managers, providing sensing positive giving to a negative feedback, creating active feedback process and with the inventory project about how people can improve themselves at taking or giving effective feedback and with the help of all other examples/applications it became a guiding improvement programme.
