Graduated from Notre Dame de Sion, Private French High School (1983), studied Psychology in Boshporus University (1988). She worked as a Management Trainee in one of the largest banks of Turkey as International Correspondent Banking Expert for one year (1989). After that an extensive Applied Industrial and Organisational Developmental Psychology masters program in Clemson University, SC, USA followed this experience. In Clemson University she was awarded full scholarship where she worked as Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant focusing on cognitive systems and personnel selection projects.
Her 20+ years work experience mainly concentrating on Human Resources Management and Recruitment also involved strategic and tactical planning, restructuring, organisational change and development, deployment of the right people in the right organisation at the right time, training and development, succession planning, benchmarking, coaching for improved work performance, psychometric assessments, assessment centers, development centers, C&B, salary systems management, job grading, coaching, Kaizen, TPM and TQM systems, performance and potential.
Since 2006 she is Managing Partner of Net Consultancy providing a wide range solutions to all Human Resources Requirements. She acted as speaker and moderator in various congress and universities regarding performance management, human resources management, career management and coaching.
She has intensive international exposure which she uses favoring the establishment of systems to bring added value via awareness, understanding and appreciation of different perspectives to any corporate solution requirement.
In addition to Turkish she speaks English, French and Italian.
She is a member of Mensa International and she is among the founding members of Mensa Turkey.
