In order to overcome hazardous effects of stress, we should familiarize with the concept and be equipped with the skills and techniques to reduce its effects.
The definition of stress, its causes and symptoms, stress and personality types, negative stress, personal stress management, our behavioral and physical reactions to stress, chronic stress signals, methods to handle stress, methods to become calm and adopting positive attitudes are some of the topics which are discussed within the scope of this training.
The discussions are accompanied by instructor presentations, personal evaluation tests, brainstorming meetings, group works, team plays, role- plays and intellect games.
Participants will be awarded a participation certificate signed by the Net Consulting Executive and the instructor.
