Conducting an effective interview that prevents any misfits and enables the company to select the right candidate for the position is the key factor enable the company to reach the desired vision. Therefore, it is expected from human resources managers or from employees and executives who take part in conducting interviews to be fully equipped on carrying out effective behavioral interviews.
In this training, we share topics including:- how to conduct a candidate SWOT analysis,
- realizing strong or developable skills,
- detecting underlining core competencies,
- sample behavioral interview questions.
The discussions are accompanied by instructor presentations, personal evaluation tests, brainstorming meetings, group works, team plays, role- plays, simulation exercises and puzzle games.
Participants will be awarded a participation certificate signed by the Net Consulting Executive and the Instructor.
