Feedback is an important tool to inform someone of the impact of their behavior, to lead them to change ineffective strategies or to allow them to pursue successful actions. However, it requires training to learn how to construct the message, the appropriate time and style for feedback and how to give effective feedback. In this training, we discuss rhetoric, influential expressions, qualities affecting the success of the speaker, effective feedback techniques, commonly done mistakes in feedback process, how to give negative feedback and the management of the feedback process.
The discussions are accompanied by instructor presentations, personal evaluation tests, brainstorming meetings, group works, team plays, role- plays and intellect games.
Participants will be awarded a participation certificate signed by the Net Consulting Executive and the instructor.
