Nearly every aspect of life requires that a person comes in contact with another person- in peer groups, in families, in workplace or even in a grocery store, we convey messages to each other through different channels. In order to be able to get the best result from this interaction, we should acquire and apply basic communication skills that our entire life experiences would benefit.
During the course of this training, we share the keys to success and basic requirements for success in terms of communication, basis of human behavior, human needs, human interactions, self- knowledge, interaction process, keys to effective message transmission, channels of communication, body language and how to be able to exactly convey the message we intend to transmit.
The discussions are accompanied by instructor presentations, personal evaluation tests, brainstorming meetings, group works, team plays, role- plays, simulation exercises and puzzle games.
Participants will be awarded a participation certificate signed by the Net Consulting Executive and the Instructor.
